Tom Wagner - Founder/President
Tom Wagner
Tom started Police Officer Riding 4 Kids in 1999 after a Co-worker told his squad that his son needed financial help. He had just purchased his first Harley and knew how generous motorcycle riders were.PORK soon became one of the biggest run's in town, because of a lot of very generous community members. PORK has grown to almost 600 riders in any given year. Sgt.Wagner is in charge of the Missing Persons/Juvenile Detail for Las Vegas Metro. He is also a board member of Nevada Child Seekers another Non-Profit that helps recover Missing/Runaway children. Tom is married and has three awesome teenagers.
Mark Henery - Vice President

Mark has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1993. He is a graduate from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science 1983. Mark currently is a private investigator and area of focus is violent crime investigation. You will find Mark traveling when he has any spare time and participating with PORk and other charities. “It’s all about the kids”.
Tammy Wagner - Secretary
Tammy Wagner
An "air force brat" Tammy has been in Las Vegas since 1979. After obtaining an associates degree specializing in paralegal studies, she has worked as a paralegal for almost 14 years. Tammy became involved with PORK in 2000 and was voted on as Board Secretary shortly after. As board secretary, she handles all corporate matters, along with organizing registration, raffles prizes, and all volunteers for each run. Her and Tom married in 2001 and have a blended family with three teenagers.
Scott Gross - Board Treasurer
Scott Gross
Scott and his wife Grace moved to Las Vegas in 2000 from Ohio and have never looked back. He originally moved to run a start up company and is now a Sr Account Representative with 3M. Scott has been riding motorcycles for over 30 years and has been a participant in the PORK runs for 5 years. He loves riding and tries to get Grace on the bike as often as he can.
JR Haggerty - Executive Board Member
JR Haggerty
J.R. and his family have been living in the Las Vegas area for the past 17 years. He has been employed with the Nevada Department of Public Safety for the past 14 years and currently the Public Information Officer. J.R. has been riding motorcycles for over 35 years starting out on dirt bikes and moving up to a Harley, he is currently on his 8th. Although he rides sometimes with his wife, more often you will see J.R. out supporting to local bike community with his daughter Breanna riding behind.
Brad Simpson - Executive Board Member

Brad retired from Las Vegas Metro P.D. after 28 years of service, finishing up his career as the Lieutenant in charge of the domestic violence and missing persons details in the Investigative Services Division. Brad is currently licensed in the State of Nevada as a Marriage and Family Therapist, on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Treatment Center, and is a Vacation Benefits Specialist with WorldVentures. Brad and his wife are avid SCUBA divers and Harley riders, and have participated in the P.O.R.K. run for years.
Sara Rosgen - Executive Board Member
Sara Rosgen
Sara has been in Las Vegas since 1981. She is married to Jeff (a metro police officer) and has 3 boys. She is a UNLV Alumni (2005) and has a BS in Elementary Education. She is a teacher in the Clark County School District and teaches first grade. She got involved with PORK in 2007 after a child at her school was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor.
Bob Lough
Robert Smith
Bob is a retired sergeant from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department in Tucson, Arizona. He and his wife, Barb, moved to Henderson in 2003. Bob currently works as an Evidence Technician at the Henderson Police Department. Bob has been riding since 1998 and truly loves the open road. Bob loves the Las Vegas area and enjoys riding in the desert. Bob has been an advocate of children for many years, from his early homicide and sex crimes days in Pima County. Bob has one granddaughter living in Henderson and she also enjoys riding with her Papa.
Chris Jakobiak

Chris Jakobiak is a life long resident of Las Vegas. He graduated from Western High School 1982 and UNLV in 1990. He is currently the CEO of Jakobiak Concrete Inc. (JCI). A company specializing in architectural concrete, (custom staining, stamping and pool deck restoration). He loves to ride motorcyles and playing with his 4 year old daughter, Bella.

Cory Harwell - Honary Board Member
Cory Harwell
Originally from Atlanta, Cory has been in Las Vegas since 1997. He moved here initially to build the Harley Davidson Café, where he met Tom and Tammy. Cory is now the owner and operator of Caña, at Town Square. He has been involved with PORK since it's inception and is an original board member. Cory is an avid golfer & football "nut" and lives in Las Vegas with his beautiful daughter.
Shari Byrd - Relocated back home
Shari Byrd
Shari has been one of PORK's most active volunteer's since it's inception in 1999 (she has to, Tom is her big brother). Shari was voted onto the board in 2001. She works full time as a Loan Processor and enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband Farrel and their two beautiful daughters.
Farrel Byrd - Hope to see a Minnesota P.O.R.K run
Farrel Byrd
Farrel has been involved with PORK since 1999 and was elected onto the board in 2001. Farrel currently works as a Juvenile Corrections Officer for the State of Nevada. He is a DIE hard Minnesota Vikings fan. Farrel is passionate about football and he also likes to golf. Most important, Farrel loves spending time with his beautiful wife Shari and their two daughters, GO VIKES
